Why This Course Is Different
This course focuses on developing a flexible, whole-system approach to working with symptomatic hypermobility, grounded in clinical reasoning and pattern recognition.
It explores how symptomatic hypermobility presents across the whole system, helping you make sense of patterns you may already be seeing in practice.
The aim is to support you to feel more confident, clear, and grounded in your clinical decision-making.
If this aligns with how you want to practice, you can reserve your place below.
About Your Presenter
I’m an osteopath with a clinical focus on symptomatic hypermobility and whole-system care. A significant portion of my work is with patients with hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), and related presentations.
Early in my career, I was diagnosed with hEDS after years of persistent symptoms. That experience shifted how I understand care, both as a clinician and as a patient.
Over time, I began to notice patterns in patients who didn’t respond to traditional approaches, particularly those experiencing persistent pain, fatigue, instability, and overlapping system-wide symptoms.
This led me to develop a more integrated approach to assessing and treating symptomatic hypermobility, grounded in an understanding of connective tissue as a whole-body system.
Anasa Health was created to support both practitioners and patients in navigating hypermobility with greater clarity, confidence, and clinical reasoning, not just protocols.
This workshop brings that approach together in a practical, structured way you can apply directly in practice.
